At Elevate Supportive Living, our journey began with a simple belief: everyone deserves a safe, stable, and supportive place to call home.
Our team has spent many years working in the supportive services field, helping individuals navigate daily challenges while building confidence, independence, and meaningful lives. Through those experiences, we saw the importance of creating not just housing, but a true sense of belonging and stability for the people we support.
That vision inspired the creation of Elevate Supportive Living. We wanted to build a supportive living environment where individuals feel respected, valued, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Our goal is to provide compassionate care while creating a unique group living experience that promotes dignity, connection, personal development, and long-term stability.
At Elevate Supportive Living, we understand that every individual has their own story, strengths, and goals. That is why we focus on person-centered support tailored to each resident’s needs. Whether it is helping individuals develop life skills, maintain routines, access community resources, or simply feel heard and supported, our team is committed to making a positive difference every day.

Meet Our Managing Directors
Naureen Arthur
Naureen Arthur is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with complex needs in residential, community, and supportive care settings. She is passionate about person-centered care and committed to promoting dignity, independence, inclusion, and quality of life for the individuals she supports.
Beginning her career as a frontline support worker, Naureen gained extensive experience in direct care, crisis intervention, behavioural support, and advocacy. Over the years, she advanced into leadership roles including House Supervisor, Operations Specialist, and Program Manager, where she developed strong expertise in program operations, staff leadership, compliance, quality assurance, and service coordination.
With more than 10 years of leadership experience, Naureen is recognized for her compassionate and collaborative leadership style. She is skilled in staff mentorship, crisis management, conflict resolution, and fostering supportive team environments focused on high-quality individualized care.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, Naureen brings a trauma-informed and holistic approach to her work, supporting individuals’ emotional well-being, behavioural needs, and personal growth.
Naureen is deeply committed to creating safe, supportive, and empowering environments where individuals feel respected, valued, and understood.
Razi Sohail
Razi Sohail is passionate about helping individuals and families build stable, supportive, and meaningful lives within their communities. Through seeing families struggle firsthand while settling into new environments and adjusting to unfamiliar systems, Razi developed a deep understanding of the importance of support, compassion, and having people who genuinely care.
His experiences working with families, community services, staffing, and supportive care inspired him to become part of Elevate Supported Living — a place where individuals feel safe, respected, supported, and valued. Razi believes supportive living should feel like a home and a community, not just a service.
Razi brings a hands-on and approachable leadership style and is actively involved in the long-term growth and development of Elevate Supported Living, helping build the systems, partnerships, and organizational structure needed to support high-quality and sustainable services. His focus includes program planning, process improvement, and creating a strong foundation that allows individuals and staff to thrive in a safe, supportive, and well-organized environment.
John Arthur
John Arthur brings strong leadership, management, and business experience to Elevate Supportive Living. As a Director and current RCMP Officer, John has extensive experience in leadership, crisis management, problem-solving, and community engagement.
His professional background has helped develop a calm, solutions-focused, and team-oriented leadership style grounded in integrity, accountability, and professionalism. John is passionate about creating safe, supportive, and inclusive environments where individuals and staff feel respected and valued.
Through his combined experience in public service and business operations, John plays an important role in supporting Elevate Supportive Living’s commitment to compassionate, high-quality, and person-centered care.
Oak and Iron Care Consulting: Paula McDougall
At Elevate Supportive Living, our consultant plays an important role in supporting the growth, quality, and ongoing development of our services. With extensive experience in the supportive services sector, our consultant brings valuable knowledge, guidance, and insight to ensure individuals receive compassionate, person-centered, and high-quality support.
Our consultant works closely with leadership and staff to help strengthen program development, enhance service delivery, and promote best practices within supportive living environments. Their expertise includes behavioural supports, crisis management, staff development, program operations, and creating safe and inclusive spaces that support stability, independence, and personal growth.
Through collaboration, mentorship, and strategic guidance, our consultant helps ensure that Elevate Supportive Living continues to provide consistent, ethical, and individualized care tailored to the unique needs of each person supported.
